Cancellation, Refund & Stay Policy Indiana Kenanga

Everything you need to know about check-in, check-out, cancellations and refunds at Indiana Kenanga, Nusa Lembongan.

We want your stay at Indiana Kenanga to be as smooth as possible, from the moment you book to the moment you leave. Please read the following policies carefully before confirming your reservation.

  1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00pm to 6:30pm. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Check-out is between 7:30am and 12:00pm. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability on the day of departure. If you need to extend your stay in the room beyond midday, the following charges apply. Until 4:00pm, 50% of the nightly room rate will be charged. After 4:00pm, the full nightly room rate applies.

We recommend requesting late check-out at least the evening before to allow us to confirm availability.


  1. Cancellation policy — High Season

High Season covers the following periods: June 15th to October 31st and December 15th to January 10th.

Cancellations made more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking. In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

  1. Cancellation policy — Low Season

Low Season applies to all dates outside of the High Season periods listed above.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking. In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

  1. Refund

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that international transfer fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the guest.
